Is your building one of the best in town? High-performing, efficient, well-run and a great place to work?
The BOMA NB/PEI Award of Excellence recognizes the best in commercial building management throughout NB and PEI. It is the gateway to the national TOBY Awards and the BOMA International Awards, and a great way to show your tenants and prospective tenants how your building stands out.
Entry Fee: $150.00 + HST (invoiced upon application completion). Entry fee must be paid to participate.

Eligibility
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
The building must be owned or managed by a BOMA NB/PEI member in good standing
The building must have been occupied for at least one full year from the date of first tenant occupancy
The building must be BOMA BEST certified
No building may be entered in more than one category
Submit a complete application by March 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Judging & Evaluation
Judging is based on the written submission and compliance with all award requirements
Submissions will be reviewed in detail by a select panel of judges
Shortlisted buildings will be contacted for an on-site inspection, which is part of the evaluation process
Decisions of the judges are final
Advancement Opportunity
Winners in each category are eligible to advance to the 2026 BOMA Canada National Awards and may qualify for the BOMA International Awards.
