e-Energy Training
BOMA Learning offers BOMA Energy Training for Building operations via a web-based platform. e-Energy Training is an interactive web-based training program for building operators, building engineers and facility managers. Participants develop the skills and knowledge to identify energy reduction opportunities and learn how to develop strategies to encourage stakeholders to save energy. The online format allows participants to learn at their own pace at work or from home. Certified Manager of Commercial Properties
BOMA NB∙PEI, in partnership with CRECI- Commercial Real Estate Certified Institute; will be actively participating in offering the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) Certification Program; this program is offered through BOMA International and BOMI International.
This is a great opportunity for ALL Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Real Estate Managers, Property Administrator, Property Assistants, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Emerging Professionals.
The CMCP is the only early-career, competency-based certification for commercial property managers.
It is designed for professionals with 1-5 years of experience.
There are five (5) professional designation programs:
Real Property Administrator (RPA®)
Teaches you to understand the many aspects of operating a commercial building and maximizing a building’s net income while minimizing risk.
Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®)
Teaches you to manage facilities in a way that best support staff and fits into the organization’s overall objectives while providing information on new technologies, environmental health and worker safety and other timely issues.

Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA®)
Teaches you to increase the operating effectiveness of your building so you are able to manage energy efficient, environmentally sound, and cost-effective building systems.
Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®)
Teaches you technologies and trends in the maintenance field so you are able to run energy efficient, environmentally sound, and cost-effective building systems including the specific operating systems.
